Glow Macro Pad v1
3D modeling process for the 2 part case design created from scratch with measurements taken from the original PCB the case was specifically designed for.

Glow Macro Pad V1 Molding
Two part molding used to create the body and back panel for the custom macro pad project.

Glow Macro pad v1 (glowing)
This projects goal was to create a custom macro pad with as many glow in the dark elements as possible. I wanted to match the glow in the dark key switch components, so I modeled, printed, molded, and cast a custom glow in the dark pigmented urethane case based around an existing PCB. I assembled the macro pad with custom created glow in the dark legends on the keycaps for use in ZBrush to aid in digital sculpting productivity. everything from the case, to the also custom soldered and sleeved cable glow brilliantly in the dark when the lights are out, with or without the built in backlights and per key lighting inside the pad.

here is a demonstration of the backlighting underneath the keycaps that nicely illuminate the custom legends which automate some processes within ZBrush.

Cat Keycap
MSLA printed prototype of custom artisan 1.5U cat keycap
Cat Keycap
I took inspiration from my fuzzy little friend at home, and decided to make a keycap that would remind me of him laying on my desk even long after he is gone

Fusion360 Macro Pad
Here is a CRKBD-LP split ergo keyboard kit that I designed a custom case for. I designed the keycap legends from scratch, and laser etched them into the surface of the Choc low profile caps by burning through the top coating of black paint with a low power laser engraver.

SS Macro Pad

SS Macro Pad Project
Taken from a popular adventure game series, I replicated the design of an in game item, and sought to turn it onto a 3D printable case for a custom themed macro pad. The design is based off of the same PCB used in the Glow Pad v1. The design is a bit large, but my intent was to make it to scale so the open space with the keycaps would fit where the in game item would normally have a screen display with game informatio on it.
Custom laser cut acrylic pc case panel
I designed a custom acrylic cut out to cover the top of the open fan blades on my custom computer case build.
